From the Founder: Mbong Sule’s Full-Circle Vision
Crowned Most Beautiful Girl in Akwa Ibom in 2003 and Miss Nigeria second runner-up in 2004, Mbong Sule is building the platform she believes the next generation deserves.
At the heart of MBGSSN is Mbong Sule, an accomplished Nigerian actress, filmmaker, entrepreneur, project manager, and media personality whose career has been shaped by creativity, entertainment, leadership, and enterprise.
Mbong’s journey in pageantry began in 2003, when she was crowned Most Beautiful Girl in Akwa Ibom. In 2004, she represented Akwa Ibom at the Miss Nigeria pageant and emerged as second runner-up.
That early experience became one of the foundations of her journey: firsthand insight into the transformative power of pageantry, and the responsibility that comes with wearing a crown and representing a people, a culture, and a community.
As an entrepreneur, she has also built Southern Girl Co., a growing lifestyle and hospitality brand that brings together food, culture, creativity, and the celebration of the modern African woman.
Most Beautiful Girl South-South Nigeria is the coming together of these experiences. With MBGSSN, she is bringing her journey full circle: from wearing the crown herself to creating a platform that gives other young women the opportunity to discover their voices, embrace their heritage, and step confidently into their future.
